On a summer afternoon, under a blue sky, the beach was crowded with tourists. The sound of the waves echoed pleasantly, and the scent of the sea was wafting in the breeze. "Wow, it's the ocean," Akira exclaimed. He stepped onto the beach and immediately took off his shoes. The warmth of the sand spread over his soles, and a big smile appeared on his face. "It feels really nice.” Yui responded. She held down her hat and looked out toward the ocean. "Akira, do you want to swim?" "Or do you want to take a walk?" Akira replied as he draped a towel over his shoulders. "But maybe later we can collect shells.” Yui nodded and laughed. Akira smiled and nodded, “Sounds good to me!" "Then let's put our stuff around here.” They put their bags under the shade of a nearby tree and started toward the sea. The water was a little cold, but shining in the sun. Akira jumped in, splashing in the water and laughing. "Yui, look!" "There's a fish,” Akira said, pointing into the water. Yui approached and peered into the water. "It's true,” Akira said. "There are so many small fish." After playing in the water for a while, they returned to the beach and started walking along the shore. Occasionally, Yui would squat down and pick up a beautiful shell. "Look at this," Yui said. "It's so beautifully shaped." "It really is." "It looks like treasure." Akira picked it up and looked at it. Seagulls were flying in the sky and the sun was slowly turning to the west. The two of them were laughing and talking together, enjoying the summer day at the beach.
